We have built the Resilience Genie on the back of 15 years of experience working in disaster recovery, in New Zealand, Australia and further around the world. Designed based on learning from disaster and crisis situations, using cognitive psychology, the Resilience Genie has been tested under the ultimate conditions of prolonged stress and uncertainty.
The global research behind the Resilience Genie, including interviews with over 100 leaders from around the world working in challenging circumstances, was supported by two Winston Churchill Fellowships.
