At McNaughton & Wills we aim to get your order to you as fast as possible, however very occasionally there may be a delay. We ship within 3 working days.

Shipping Times:

Within New Zealand - - expected delivery in 4-6 working days

For international shipping – expected delivery in 6-8 working days

Orders received over the weekend will be processed for delivery and shipped the following week.

Refund Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase, please advise us as soon as possible. We accept returns in original condition within 30 days of purchase.

Refunds will be processed via the method of payment. Credit cards will incur processing fee deductions on refunds. Please be aware that bank clearance times vary and there may be some delay before funds appear in your account.

Change of mind

If you change your mind after the purchase, once the payment is confirmed, your order cannot be cancelled and refunded.

Missing items

We bear no responsibility for items not reported as missing within the five working days following delivery.

Please note: If you have ordered multiple items from us, orders may have been combined into the same box, so please check packages thoroughly before progressing.

Occasionally orders may be shipped as separate packages, the packages will be labelled accordingly. If any packages are missing from your delivery please contact us immediately.
